The focus of the workshop is on uncertainty quantification in all fields of application of Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD).
The workshop provides a platform for presenting methodologies and studies aimed at quantifying the variability of the outputs of flow simulations due to different sources of uncertainties (unknown variability of input parameters, modeling uncertainties…).
Presentations of the first results on benchmark problems identified during the Workshop held in Lyon 2013 and studied within ERCOFTAC SIG 45 (Uncertainty Quantification in Industrial Analysis and Design) are also invited.
