Purpose and focus of the Pilot Centre

The Pilot Center in Ukraine aims to enhance the ERCOFTAC research portfolio and to become its vital component during the war that engulfed Ukraine and involved almost all European countries.

The mission of the PC-Ukraine is to follow the ERCOFTAC goals and interests planning and coordinating the development and execution of international activities. It includes the discovery of world-class fundamental research of interest and building mutually beneficial relationships between scientists in the framework of Special Interest Groups. Acting as the liaison office, the PC-Ukraine will promote technical interchange by participating in and organizing conferences and workshops, exploring new areas of potential international cooperation.
