Conference Proceedings
All presenters are invited to submit a full paper (6 to 10 pages) for the conference proceedings within one month after the conference.
Submission deadline: 20 June 2026
The conference proceedings book will be published by Springer Nature as one volume in the ERCOFTAC Series. To this end, all individual contributions have to be combined into one large Latex file. This is only possible if you use the Latex template and strictly follow the instructions given therein:
All proceedings papers will be reviewed by members of the scientific committee.
Please upload only the PDF file for the initial submission and review round. Once the paper has been reviewed, revised and accepted, you will be asked to update the PDF and upload the Latex source in a zip archive.
Please use the same login as for the abstract submission, then you will find "upload full paper" on you to-do list or as an option next to the list of your accepted papers.
Click on "upload full paper" and follow the instructions. In the first round, only upload the PDF file for review. Once the final paper has been reviewed and accepted, please update the PDF accordingly and additionally upload a zip archive with the Latex sources and figures.
