Registration

Registration fees include access to all conference sessions and coffee breaks, as well as lunch, city tour, welcome reception, and conference dinner. Registered participants may purchase additional tickets for friends and partners that would like to join only the welcome reception and/or conference dinner.

Presentations

Regular presentations are scheduled in 20-minute intervals across three parallel sessions. Presenters should plan to speak for 15 to 17 minutes, leaving at least 3 minutes for questions and comments. Session chairs will strictly maintain synchronization among the parallel sessions.

Please use your own / institutional slide template. A wide format is recommended.

You can connect your own laptop via HDMI or bring your presentation in PDF format on a USB stick. In both cases, please verify latest during the break before your session that everything works as expected.

Conference Proceedings

All presenters are invited to submit a full paper (6 to 10 pages) for the conference proceedings within one month after the conference.

The conference proceedings book will be published by Springer Nature as one volume in the ERCOFTAC Series. To this end, all individual contributions have to be combined into one large Latex file. This is only possible if you use the Latex template and strictly follow the instructions given therein:
