Abstract Submission
Presentations will be selected on the basis of (extendend) abstracts. Submitted abstracts will be reviewed and evaluated by the Scientific Committee to ensure high quality, originality, and relevance to the scope of DLES.
Abstracts should have a length of 2-3 pages and include research rationale, methodology, results and major conclusions, and a sentence on additional results that will be included in the final paper and presentation. Please note that abstracts of accepted contributions will be shared with the DLES15 participants. For this reason, we ask you to prepare your abstract using the Word or Latex template provided below:

You can use your existing ETMM or DLES login, or create a new account if necessary.
Click on Start a New Submission on the top right to enter the submission process. Enter the title and a short summary (up to 300 words) of your contribution. Under Authors please input details for all authors of the contribution. At least one author must be marked as presenter and/or correspondent. Only authors marked as correspondents will receive updates and information regarding the submission. Please select one or several Topics and upload the PDF file of your abstract. Under Summary you may check the details of the submission. If you wish to go back to a section in order to change details, just click on the appropriate step on the left. If you are happy with the summary information, please click on Submit Now to finalize the process, and a notification e-mail will be sent to the correspondents.
Registration
Registration will open in February 2026.
Registration fees include access to all conference sessions, lunch, coffee breaks, welcome reception, and conference dinner, and will be determined based on the number of accepted papers. Registered participants may purchase additional tickets for friends and partners that would like to join only the welcome reception and conference dinner.
Conference Proceedings
All presenters are invited to submit a full paper (6 to 10 pages) for the conference proceedings within one month after the conference.
The conference proceedings book will be published by Springer Nature as one volume in the ERCOFTAC Series. To this end, all individual contributions have to be combined into one large Latex file. This is only possible if you use the Latex template and strictly follow the instructions given therein:
