Abstract
A two-page abstract should be submitted to edrfcm-2015@eng.cam.ac.uk by 15 January 2015. The abstract templates can be downloaded from the meeting website: http://edrfcm-2015.eng.cam.ac.uk If accepted, you will be notified by 25 January 2015.

Meeting venue
The meeting will be held at the Sidney Sussex College, University of Cambridge, where a number of students’ rooms have been reserved for the participants. A limited number of twin en suite rooms are also available.

Registration
The registration fee will be 170 GBP (ERCOFTAC members: 150 GBP), which includes a Book of Abstracts, refreshments in each day, a conference dinner and an excursion to nearby historic sites. 

Scholarships
Limited funding is available for students to cover part of travel expenses and/or the registration fee.
